Malabar Gold & Diamonds awarded by ‘The Health Education and Promotion Department, Ministry of Health', Dubai for active support in the CSR activities

Dubai, UAE, March 11, 2019:  Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one among the largest jewellery retailers globally with a strong retail network of 250 outlets was awarded by The Health Education and Promotion Department, Ministry of Health in appreciation of the team’s active support in the department programs held in 2018. The Award ceremony was held on 6th March, 2019 and was conducted under the patronage and attendance of His Excellency Dr. Hussein Abdulrahman Al Rand, Assistant Undersecretary for Health Centres and Clinics. Mr. Hamza KS, Manager - CSR, Malabar Gold & Diamonds received the memento of appreciation from His Excellency Dr. Hussein Abdulrahman Al Rand in the presence of Dr. Fadila, Head of Health & Education 

 

The Health Education and Promotion Department plans, implements and evaluates health programs at the national level and legislates health policies to protect the health of the community, in cooperation with health promotion agencies, government agencies, community institutions and the private sector that promote healthy lifestyles to prevent non-communicable diseases and minimizing their complications. The Malabar Gold & Diamonds CSR team was awarded in recognition of their exemplary involvement in activities held by the department.
