Fujitsu to showcase technologies to drive the region's digital transformation at GITEX Technology Week 2018

Expert workshops to be organised at GITEX Technology Week showcasing the transformational outcomes that customers are achieving by connecting the right technology partnerships and expertise

Dubai, UAE, October 16, 2018:   Fujitsu is showcasing advanced technologies that help drive the digital transformation of the region through its participation at the GITEX Technology Week 2018. A highlight of Fujitsu’s participation are the industry workshops that it will host to highlight the latest trends that can help customers transform their business scape and achieve higher levels of efficieny, productivity and security. Fujitsu is present at multiple sites across GITEX, and some of the workshops it is conducting are detailed here.

Fujitsu will conduct three workshops on Oct. 15 (12.30 to 1PM) and Oct. 16 (1.15 to 1.45PM and 2 to 2.30 PM) at Hall 5, Booth B20 - Commvault, on the Fujitsu Commvault HyperScale™ Appliance, which delivers industry-leading technology on a scale-out infrastructure in a hyper-converged data management solution. 

The Fujitsu and VMware workshop will be held on Oct. 16, 3PM, at Hall 7, Booth A14, which will give unique insights on the world-leading VMware cloud technology. Mohit Pal, Category Manager, Data Center at Fujitsu, will share insights on how Fujitsu’s PRIMEFLEX portfolio can transform IT infrastructure faster, reduce costs and increase service quality - without concerns over risk.

Fujitsu is also present with NetApp at Hall 6, Booth C6-20 with Fujitsu presenting a virtual rack system of NFLEX converged infrastructure that will demonstrate how to empower business and accelerate value through a Fujitsu and NetApp converged infrastructure. Fujitsu’s pavilion will also feature the ICAROS flight simulator.
