Global Project Management training specialist ESI International named preferred training partner to UAE Federal government

(Dubai - April 1st , 2014) ESI International, the world's leading project management training company, has been named as one of the ‘Preferred Training Partners’ for the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), with their new initiative ‘Knowledge gate Ma’aref’. ESI International recently joined various other training partners for a ‘Training and development’ exhibition on the 24th March.

The training and development exhibition was not only an opportunity for ESI International to showcase their products and services, but also will allow the FAHR to both promote and introduce the training partners to the ministries.

“We will be honoured to drive the project management competence in the Ministries in the U.A.E and facilitate in driving Emiratisation in the project management sector. The suite of skilful and knowledgeable project managers will only drive projects planned for the UAE strategy and Expo 2020 to succeed,” said Rehan Naeem, Regional Manager - Middle East, ESI International.

“Being selected as a preferred training partner, with initiatives like ‘Government knowledge gate Ma’aref’, is a very exciting chance for us to help support the UAE in their endeavours. Our experience and commitment with their determination will greatly impact the Emiratisation of the project management sector,” added Naeem.

As a preferred knowledge partner, ESI International will support and assist the departments of human resources and training in the Ministries and Federal Authorities, enabling them to ensure the correct training is available to the staff of the federal government.

A study conducted by GulfTalent.com entitled ‘Recruiting Top Emirati Graduates’, found that 86% of Emirati male graduates and 66% of females prefer to work in the government sector after graduation.

ESI International hold focus on the importance of training within the Middle East, recently they delivered a presentation highlighting the benefits of reducing Oman’s reliance on expatriate labour, by targeting project management in key industry sectors, where nationalisation take-up is at its lowest.
