Riyadh, KSA - 04 July, 2018:   Airbus has announced that the closing ceremony of ‘Entaliq in KSA’ initiative, held in partnership with TAQNIA Aeronautics and Saudi Arabian Airlines, will take place on 9th July 2018, at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in Riyadh.

The ceremony will be held under the patronage and in attendance of His Highness Prince Dr. Turki Bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.

The top 10 finalists will get the opportunity to pitch their ideas to the jury of the ‘Entaliq in KSA’ initiative. The jury will then make a selection of the top three ideas and reveal the winners during the final ceremony.

The “Entaliq in KSA” initiative, which is nearing the end of its second edition, represents a nation-wide hunt for the most talented Saudi Arabian entrepreneurs. It challenges them to advance the national aerospace sector by providing innovative solutions to current industry challenges. Having kicked off its second edition in November 2017, the programme is specifically tailored to inspire and support entrepreneurs who possess an idea or business model in its start-up phase.

The three winners will each receive an incubation opportunity with the incubating partners of ‘Entaliq in KSA,’ namely Rockwell Collins, Altran and Qotuf, to develop their ideas further.
