Dubai, November 15, 2015: The German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce (AHK) will hold its yearly Ordinary General Assembly on Wednesday, 18th November 2015 in Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai. This year’s event is of particular importance due to the election of new Board of Directors for the next two-year term. A significant number of attendees, including representatives of German and UAE institutions as well as company representatives are expected to participate.

The annual meeting of AHK will be the occasion for a review of the work of the joint council, whose main mandate is to support and promote the economic relations between German and the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting will be chaired by H.E. Saeed Al Fahim, Chairman of AHK, and welcome addresses will be delivered by H.E. Dr Eckhard Lübkemeier, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the UAE and H.E.
