Abu Dhabi 22 July 2014 - An Iraqi woman has won the prize in a contest organized by the Abu Dhabi-based www.hotelandrest.com website. Saba Hadi said she was pleased to win the prize which involves a free stay at Sands Hotel Abu Dhabi, one of the first environment friendly hotels in the city. Sands sales and marketing director Khaled Khadr handed her the prize which includes a free one night stay and a free meal for two at the hotel. The site’s director Ahmed Al Majaida said Hadi, who lives in Ajman, won the prize from among more than 5,000 contesters. He wished good luck for the participants in the next competition to be launched this week. He noted that such contests are intended to promote tourism in the UAE, spread travel and tourism culture in the society, and encourage site visitors to explore key sites in the country.
