Exclusive 20-Cover per Night Concept Launched by Renowned Chef Alfredo Russo at Hotel’s Signature Restaurant

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers is set to delight Dubai’s growing foodie movement with an exclusive epicurean experience set to be unveiled on 18th September at the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo.

The lifestyle concept will be launched by renowned Chef Alfredo Russo himself, who has overseen the concept from its early stages.

“We know that diners are seeking more than just good food, but experiences that are different and unique - something we are delighted to offer our guests at Sheraton Dubai Creek,” said Stephan Vanden Auweele, General Manager at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers.

The hotel is already popular for its ‘destination dining’ experiences alongside the Creek, with one of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo, and the award-winning Ashiana by Vineet, both overseen by Michelin-starred chefs, as well as the unique live-cooking venue, Creekside Japanese Restaurant.

This epicurean experience at Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo is available to only 20 diners per night in an exclusive section of one of the hotel’s terraces with breathtaking views of Dubai Creek and skyline. Diners will be collected by chauffeur from anywhere in Dubai, met curb side at the hotel and escorted through to the restaurant.

Upon arrival, guests will enjoy an aperitif and sparkling before being delighted with a gourmet seven course meal, with specifically paired beverages selected by Chef Russo to perfectly complement the dishes. The chauffeur service will be prompted before the end of the evening to be waiting for the guests, making the entire evening an effortless and exclusive dining event.

“The philosophy behind the food is that of enjoying the purity of the taste, meaning classic dishes that have been produced with a modern approach, but left simple. Simplicity is key; ensuring that not too many ingredients complicate the flavours,” said Chef Alfredo Russo.

The experience launches on Thursday 18th September with a range of options:

1.4 course tasting menu: AED 290 per person without grape and AED 390 with matching grape;
2.7 course tasting menu: AED 490 per person without grape and AED 650 with matching grape (4 different types)
3.Full experience that includes: 7 course tasting menu paired with grape, Alfredo Russo grape, as well as a limousine service that includes pick-up and drop-off: AED 890 per person.
