Dana Hlavnova, general manager of Jumeira Rotana commented, “Construction workers are the ones behind those beautiful houses where we stay, behind those amazing and tall buildings that we see everyday and all the roads we travel to. We should be thankful to them for making all of these things happen.” “Labourers are also the ones who have limited resources and I believe that they also deserve to receive appreciation. They are very simple and through this humble initiative I am very confident that this will make them feel special at least for this day.” She continued. ERE HOMES, Dubai’s Property Experts quoted: “We are delighted to be given the opportunity to provide an Iftar meal for over 160 hard working labourers this Ramadan. We believe in supporting the efforts of Dubai’s workers on a larger scale and continue our sponsorships and volunteering all year round. We give back.” This Ramadan Initiative collaboration with Jumeirah Rotana was initiated by the Taskforce Middle East team; a group of eight young professionals working for WSP in the Middle East with the shared goal of researching and developing ideas strategic to the success of the business which includes charity work. “This initiative is one that is very close to our heart and the response we have received from our employees from all grades has been overwhelming.
