Guests Can Learn the Timeless Traditions of Tuscan Cuisine in Weekly Cooking Classes Taught by Villa Toscana’s Chef Stefano Viola

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates – February 24, 2014 – The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has launched its inaugural season of La Scuola di Cucina (Cooking School) at Villa Toscana, with guests learning how to create their own traditional Italian dishes.

Villa Toscana’s Chef Stefano Viola guides guests on a culinary journey through Italy’s Tuscany region. Using fresh ingredients including honey, olive oil, cheese, and meats, guests will learn how to make a decadent antipasto, an entrée, and finally, a sumptuous dessert. Classes are held in Villa Toscana, where elegant interior resembles an Italian noble’s summer manor.
