Winners of Dubai Outlet Mall's Star Hunt 2014 contest were revealed during a glitzy event, judged by industry experts. Star Hunt 2014, an annual event organized by Dubai Outlet Mall, ended on a celebratory note. The highly successful 4th edition of this glamorous event that aims to showcase fresh local talent among aspiring young models, received much appreciation from the industry. Winners Ms. STAR HUNT 2014 Youlia Komarova from Belorussia and Mr. STAR HUNT 2014 Syed Shujat from India were announced during the Grand Finale on Friday 31st January. The fifteen shortlisted finalists participated in a dazzling fashion show featuring several sequences, and presenting trends from brands housed at Dubai Outlet Mall. The panel of judges included members of the media industry, a representative from Fly Dubai as well as a reputed modelling agency. The much-anticipated final decision, which took into account public votes as well, was revealed amid much excitement, following the show. “The Star Hunt 2014 event was a huge success,” announced Vishal Mahajan, Director of Dubai Outlet Mall. “We would like to thank all the judges as well as our partners in this event, for helping us achieve our efforts of encouraging new talent. We remain committed to our endeavour of giving back to the community and look forward to the continued support of our valued patrons.” The two lucky winners of the Star Hunt 2014 title walked away with a host of fabulous prizes including a Return Ticket sponsored by Fly Dubai to a destination of their choice. Other prizes included a shopping spree at Dubai Outlet Mall, and a Professional Photoshoot to be featured in the mall's in-house magazine. The event was further enhanced by the presence of a huge crowd of supporters who cheered their favourite contestants on. The evening ended on a high note, with mall-goers applauding the lucky title-winners. Star Hunt, Dubai Outlet Mall's annual signature model-search challenge, accomplished yet another fruitful talent hunt.
