Aysha Ameer, a 27-year-old business consultant based in Dubai, was announced as the winner during the first live draw ceremony held at Dubai Festival City Mall in front of hundreds of shoppers. The 'Win Your Home in Dubai' initiative, jointly led by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), a part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and Dubai Chambers, offers shoppers an opportunity to win one of 12 Binghatti Developers residential units across Dubai. Aysha Ameer was congratulated by Mohammed Feras Arayqat, Acting Vice President – Retail Calendar and Promotions at DFRE. The draw event also featured a lineup of digital games and activities, with 20 lucky shoppers winning prizes. Attendees enjoyed instant-win challenges, including fast-reaction games, memory tests and family-friendly competitions that kept the energy high throughout the celebration. The next weekly draws will take place on 28 June; 5, 12, 19 and 26 July; and 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 August, hosted at strategic mall partners across Dubai. The next 10 draws will each award one studio apartment, while the final draw on 30 August will award the grand prize of a two-bedroom apartment. The 'Win Your Home in Dubai' initiative runs until 30 August. Eligible residents and visitors aged 18 and above can still win an apartment by simply spending AED 500 at any of the 1,000+ participating brands across more than 3,500 retail outlets in Dubai. To validate their entry, shoppers then scan the QR code on official campaign materials at participating locations and upload their receipt.
