Popular Italian restaurant Ossigeno at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort + Spa Dubai has introduced a limited edition truffle-inspired a al carte menu featuring a host of mouth-watering truffle infused delicacies, from two regions in Italy, close to Head Chef Amedeo's heart - Piedmont and Umbria. All of the dishes on the menu have been prepared using traditional family recipes from the two Italian regions, given an innovative twist by the chef, and ingredients featured include the very special white truffle from Piedmont and black truffle from Norci. The speical menu is available until 20th December 2013.
