Dubai Health Authority Receives a High-level Delegation from the National Healthcare Group in Singapore

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 21, 2022: The Dubai Health Authority received a high-level delegation from the National Healthcare Group in Singapore.

His Excellency Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority received a high-level delegation headed by Eugene Fidelis Soh, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (Integrated Care) at National Healthcare Group at the Dubai Health Authority headquarters.

The two sides discussed knowledge transfer and collaboration opportunities in key areas such as innovation, digital transformation, public health and medical research. 

Al Ketbi highlighted that such collaborative opportunities serve the common interest of the healthcare sector that aims to provide the highest quality of care to patients and ensure community wellbeing. 

He added that exchange of expertise is particularly important in the healthcare sector and therefore such collaborative opportunities are vital for knowledge-transfer. 

Fatma Abbas, CEO of Strategy and Corporate Development highlighted the strategic objectives and provided an overview of the future direction and plans of the DHA to serve its mission, vision and goals.

She highlighted that the two sides are keen to collaborate on key areas of healthcare such as digital transformation.

The delegation from National Healthcare Group provided an overview of their healthcare system, primary healthcare, family medicine, early detection of diseases as well as digital transformation and research.
