Dubai Quality Group kicks off the 2-day Ideas Arabia 13th International Conference & Competition on 13th & 14th May 2018

Dubai, 9th April, UAE:   Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum Chairman of Dubai Airports, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Group, and patron of DQG, the Ideas Arabia Subgroup of DQG will host its 13th Annual International Conference & Competition on 13th & 14th May 2018 at Le Meridien Dubai. 

 

Under the theme “Spirit of Innovation”, the two-day conference will be graced by delegates, business leaders, industry experts and professionals brought together from around the world to discuss innovation and suggest ideas for employee engagement & reward schemes.

 

The aim of this conference is to bring to the Middle East, the latest developments in Suggestion & Rewarding Schemes and how implementing this will benefit an organization. The conference will create a platform for people in this region to share their best practices in this area.

 

For two days, International and Local speakers, leaders, experts will be gathered from the public & private sectors to share, network and collaborate to support the spirit of innovation and join hands in making UAE a hub of innovation.

 

As part of the conference, the 13th Ideas Arabia Competition will be recognizing the most significant ideas implemented during the year 2017. This competition seeks to recognize employees and organizations for their outstanding ideas. Not only does this competition provide an opportunity for participating companies to benchmark against other leading organizations, but it also acts as a motivational tool for employees to perform to their highest potential. She added “We have received last year more than 150 applications for “Ideas Arabia” competition, with an active participation from both Public and Private sectors. DQG is able to facilitate this unique platform, where experts in innovation & suggestion scheme come together to share their knowledge and experience. 

 

She also stated “This conference is a platform where experts in innovation & suggestion scheme will exchange ideas in order to bring to the Middle East the best practices in innovation & suggestion scheme and how applying innovation would be beneficial to organizations.”
