Fun-Filled Campaigns, Charity Initiatives and Luxury Prizes for The Community Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, November 9, 2016: Deerfields Mall is celebrating its third anniversary this month, as the leading community and family destination in the heart of Al Bahia Abu Dhabi. Over the past three years, the mall has achieved exponential growth in the number of new stores and visitors it has attracted, thanks to the ever-evolving demand from customers, always in search of new experiences and offers. In only the last six months, the mall has seen eleven new outlets open, among which are Homes R Us, Kids Moda Outlet, Daiso, Holland & Barrett, and Lailat Al Zaffa to name a few. Another twenty outlets will open soon, including Bath & Body works, House of Treasures furniture store, Primose Abayas, MAC Cosmetics and a Popeyes fast food store. “Customers truly love Deerfields Mall, because they see it as their own community mall which meets all their requirements and desires,” said Abu Dhabi Native Mohammed Saleh, Customer Service Manager at Deerfields Mall. “As a mall in the heart of the community, Deerfields is close to many customers’ hearts, and thus our customer service team has developed strong relationships with many of our shoppers. Apart from new stores and experiences which Deerfields Mall offers, shoppers can also embrace changes which include new customer desks, new signs and Mall directories for recently added stores, new parking signs as well as logo name change from “Deerfields Townsquare” to “Deerfields Mall” across the Mall. “We are always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy, and their needs are met. This effort can be from advising customers on which shops to visit, helping visitors with language barriers, or even helping reunite a child with their mother,” added Mohammed. Over the past year, Deerfields Mall has hosted numerous campaigns and events for the community. Highlights include the recent fashion extravaganza campaign “Style up this season and Drive away in Luxury” with a lucky shopper winning a Mercedes Benz; Isaad Yateem which provided orphan children a fun-filled day at the Mall; a night souk during Ramadan; and raising more than 70,000 AED during Ramadan for the Special Care Centre from public donations, the campaign for which Deerfields Mall has won a silver award for “Cause related Marketing Campaign” from the prestigious Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC).
