Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi has earned ISO Certification for quality management. The deluxe property was assessed and registered by Systems Certification International and found compliant in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards outlined for Quality Management System. The scope of certification covered receiving, storage, food processing, food and beverage services, hospitality services and rooms.
