LT Pagarani, Chairman-Choithrams met Senator the Hon. Richard Colbeck, Australia’s Minister for Tourism and International Education and State Minister for Trade and Investment, earlier today in the Dubai Marina store. Mr Colbeck was accompanied by a team from the Australian Trade Commission, representing the Commonwealth of Australia. Together, they launched the Australian lamb and beef as part of an Australian Food Festival starting today in Dubai. Many people enjoyed a live cooking session and got a taste of the world famous Jack's Creek Angus. According to reports, the UAE is Australia’s 10th-largest foreign direct investment partner and the bilateral trade ties between the two countries continue to register a strong and steady growth with a year-on-year increase.
