TRE By Roberto Rella officially launches their business lunch

20 July 2015, Dubai, UAE: TRE by Roberto Rella, Dubai’s latest culinary destination is proud to announce the launch of ‘Convivio’, the restaurants first business lunch menu. The Italian translation of Convivio is ‘social gathering’ and has been designed to take away all formalities, and embrace the Italian concept of friendship and trust when indulging in business activity over lunch. Served a la carte style, diners have a choice of two or three course menus priced at AED 105 and AED 125 respectively. This weekly changing menu, offers the ultimate fresh Italian fare with Mediterranean influences, delivering guests with a wide variety of dishes to choose from for each course.

For starters guests can expect choices such as the much loved Burratina, consisting of fresh burrata cheese, served with semi dried figs and balsamic paste. Designed with the time-poor guests in mind, the quinoa salad with fresh tiger prawns and Tuscan artichokes is guaranteed to satisfy. For a lighter option Chef Ernesto worked hard to develop his take on the Branzino, made with fresh sea bass taken from the Raw Bar and served with Roma tomatoes tartare. For those looking to linger over lunch, the green pea risotto with veal cheek is not one to miss, this dish is the ultimate in indulgence and beautifully presented.

Finally to end on a high, Tre’s dessert card is guaranteed to impress, with favorites such as the chocolate truffle served with aerated pistachio cake, toasted chocolate ganache and salted crumble. Or for a refreshing kick to end the meal, the almond cake with strawberry compote and rhubarb is guaranteed to leave you with a spring in your step.
