Marmo Classic Stones Factory LLC to take part in events in Kuwait City and Amman

Dubai, July 8, 2015: Having successfully launched in the UAE in December 2014, Marmo Classic Stones Factory LLC is rapidly entering new markets in the region. Due to demand for marble and stone products, the UAE’s biggest supplier will be visiting Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan by the end of the year.

Marmo Classic, producer and supplier of marble floors and paneling stones has already visited Doha, Beirut and Tehran, as part of its portfolio introduction to the region.

Subodh Shah, Managing Director of Marmo Classic Stones Factory LLC, said: “The region, not just the UAE, is booming, and we’ve had several successful meetings in Doha, and Beirut, while our recent visit to Tehran showed us just how much potential there is in the wider Gulf.”

Having invested US$ 5 million (AED18.4 million) to set up a 3,000 square metre warehouse and factory facility in Dubai Investments Park, Marmo Classic Stones Factory LLC, is looking to expand the business further, and is currently shortlisting sites for a factory, along Dubai’s burgeoning manufacturing and industrial corridor.

The company projects 2015 sales of around US$ 2.5 million (AED 9.2 million) and has already introduced new technological advances in engineered stone to the region, with the launch of Tiberio from the KalingaStone line.

“Tiberio is created from aggregate and natural stone surplus, and means that we’re able to get the thickness of individual tiles down to 9mm, in 60cm x 60cm tiles. So not only have we created the world’s thinnest marble, we’ve also created a product that uses surplus materials, meaning less environmental waste.”

With a selection of more than 200 styles and compositions, Marmo Classic Stones Factory LLC, is capable of importing and processing stone through its factory in Dubai, which is fitted with the latest calibrating, cutting, polishing and grinding machines, to ensure efficient cutting and finishing of each slab to meet variety of needs.
