Emirati Khaled Ahmad Foudeh Group of Companies (KAF), one of the largest food producers and suppliers of fruits and vegetables in the Gulf region, is happy to announce its recent franchise partnership with Wooden Bakery. Originally a family-owned bakery offering freshly baked, quality breads in Lebanon, Wooden Bakery has become one of the region’s most prominent producers and distributors of breads, pastries and sweets. Owing to its early success, the bakery revolutionized Lebanon’s local industry more than 20 years ago by implementing new standards and upgrades of its products and services. As part of its strategic expansion overseas, KAF will now control Wooden Bakery franchise rights, as well as the launch of a chain of its specialty branches within the UAE. The franchise agreement, signed at the Wooden Bakery’s headquarters in Lebanon, will allow KAF to open 10 bakeries in 6 years across the emirates, while capitalizing on the brand’s historical growth and success.
