Chef Rosemary's innovative zeal continues to impress diners with her mouth-watering creations for main course. The list includes Salmon Fillet grilled on skin served with a teriyaki sauce, Lobster gratinated with an alcohol-free champagne sabayon, and Sultan Ibrahim in tempura with a Ponzu sauce, besides grilled or fried fish from the catch of the day.
