An exclusive ski experience for the guests of the Tschuggen Grand Hotel: for the fourth time, the five-star hotel in Arosa opens the winter season with the “Private Mountain” event. 31 October 2013, Arosa, Switzerland - The Tschuggen Grand Hotel is one of Switzerland's finest hotels, offering five star service, an award winning spa designed by Italian architect Mario Botta and the only private ski lift in the Alps. From 28th November to 1st Dec, the Tschuggen Grand will once again set the benchmark in skiing luxury by offering just 260 skiers and snowboarders complete ownership of Arosa's pistes, with its ‘Private Mountain Package'. With prices starting at 930 swiss Francs (approx. 3816 AED per person), the “Private Mountain” arrangement in the Tschuggen Grand Hotel includes three nights' accommodation with a rich and varied buffet breakfast and dine around in the evening. Leaving from the Tschuggen Grand Hotel, the hotel's very own mountain railway – the Tschuggen Express – needs only two minutes to reach the Arosa ski. Once they reach the top, the ski instructors of the Arosa ski school will accompany guests throughout the day while the hotel will organise its very own special giant slalom. Guests will also be able to catch a first glimpse of the new double cable car connecting Arosa and Lenzerheide, which will make the ski area one of the biggest in Switzerland when it opens on 22 December 2013. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a wide selection of mouth-watering delicacies in the ski area's mountain lodges concocted by award-winning chef Tobias Jochim followed by a jazz brunch and free admission to the Tschuggen mountain oasis, the award winning spa designed by star architect Mario Botta.
