Orion Holdings Acquires 118 Units at Newly Launched Donna Towers at Dubai Silicon Oasis

Dubai-UAE: 08 October, 2013 – Orion Holdings, a privately-owned residential and commercial property group based in Dubai, today announced its recent acquisition of property worth AED150million in Donna Towers, a commercial and residential development located at Dubai Silicon Oasis, from luxury Italian developer - Seasif Group - the real estate development arm of the multi-sector company Seasif Holding.

As partners in the project, Orion will manage the sales and marketing of 118 residential units at Donna Towers that were acquired during the first half of 2013.

Designed to capture the style and sophistication of modern Italian sky risers, Donna Towers is an all-encompassing 1,131,005 sq. ft. mixed-use development. The twin towers comprise 240 office units and 354 residential spaces constructed to ensure precision and attention to detail that is unique to the architecture of the south European nation. The expansive project is nearly 90 per cent complete, and scheduled for handover within the next ten months.

Complementing its classic design, the Donna Towers will feature Italian leisure and hospitality concepts. The towers will be fitted out with serviced apartment facilities and additionally offer 30 per cent more parking space beyond the minimum provision by unit space.
