AMMAN, October 6, 2013 — The Orange Pharmacy chain, a subsidy of Abu Sheikha Holding Group, has signed with PR Launchers a strategic partnership agreement under which the latter will be providing media services and consultations to Orange Pharmacy, which has wide network of outlets across the Kingdom. Signed by the director of Orange Pharmacy Ziad Abu Sheikha and PR Launchers' chairman Amjad Baker, the deal seeks to develop a strategic plan for the pharmacy chain aimed at promoting its brand in the local market and ensure an interactive relationship with its customers. Commenting on the development, Mr. Abu Sheikha said: “The significance of the agreement lies in the fact that we signed it with PR Launchers, which enjoys a deep and long experience in the media and marketing fields, and thus is very capable of conveying Orange Pharmacy's messages to targeted customers, markets and potential partners.” He added: “The special thing about Orange Pharmacy branches is that they are not mere points of sale, but rather integrated services centers run by experienced staff to meet the various needs of customers. Orange Pharmacy has a community service message it seeks to diffuse in all the areas it selects as locations of its outlets”. For his part, Mr. baker said that PR Launchers will deploy its 10-year experience and excelling team to deliver the message of Orange Pharmacies to its targeted audience by means of well-meditated strategic plan covering the immediate and future plans of the chain, in line with the identity of the Orange Pharmacy as a one-stop service center that interacts with the local community. He added: “It is our pleasure to work hand-in-hand with a customer that sets a model of ambition, insightful vision and deep knowledge of the needs of the market and consumers such as Orange Pharmacy. We will work on enhancing its brand and mature identity in the public mind, especially in areas where it offers its services in the Kingdom”. Orange Pharmacy opened its first branch in 2007 and the network has expanded to 10 branches currently, distributed in various areas in the capital and one in Zarqa, while another three outlets are under construction, slated to be operational before the end of the year.
