STUDIO DU CHEF – French Cuisine
Studio du Chef is a gourmet's delight! Transporting every guest on a culinary adventure that assaults the senses, this contemporary restaurant and bar is a modern take on traditional French cuisine. Choose a table indoors, at the chef's table or dine alfresco and enjoy pre -dinner drinks with the help of the sommelier. Showcasing the best of French fare, the menu features a choice of classics that have been exquisitely prepared with a revolutionary approach. Watch in awe as the talented team of culinary professionals create each and every course in the open kitchen, carefully combining the freshest ingredients to design beautifully presented dishes. A browse through the extensive collection of wines provides the perfect accompaniment, while the selection of cheeses completes this incredible dining experience.  Adding to the interactive feel of the restaurant, guests are able to view the going's on in the kitchen on large LCD screens placed strategically throughout the restaurant.

Trust the Chef
Trust the Chef and let him guide you on a culinary journey, where the menu will change on a daily basis based on the chef's creativeness and ingredients available on the day.  Available from 15th September and is priced at AED 475 for a five-course menu.  Adding AED 250 will allow you to pair the menu with wine recommendations from the sommelier.

French Grand Classics Evenings
Feast on French classics, such as blanquette de veau, bœuf bourguignon, pot au feu and choucroute at the French Grand Classics Evenings every Sunday and Monday from 22nd September.
Priced at AED 250 for a three-course set menu.  The menu will change every month.

Sofitel French Wine Week at Studio du Chef
As part of its international wine programme that was launched earlier this year, Sofitel will be organising the 'Sofitel French Wine Week' in all of its 120 hotels worldwide. From 23rd to 30th September 2013, the week will be entirely dedicated to French wines in order to celebrate the harvest that traditionally takes place in the northern hemisphere in September.
During French Wine Week, the sommelier at Sofitel The Palm Dubai is offering a voyage to the French vineyards.  Enjoy a wine tasting experience that includes five different French wines for AED 250 per person.

Cheese and Wine Bar Nights
Spoil yourself every Tuesday from 3rd October as Studio du Chef Bar takes you on a cheese and wine journey!  Aficionados will relish in the selection of over 30 artisan French cheeses paired with selected grapes.  Priced at AED 175 per person with house wines, or AED 250 with a premium wine selection.  For the month of October, a cheese master will guide guests through their choices.

PORTERHOUSE – Steaks & Grills
Classic elegance, succulent steaks, and starlit dining, Porterhouse is Sofitel The Palm, Dubai signature steakhouse restaurant and bar, exuding classic French influences. Offering a bar for pre-dinner drinks, guests can indulge in cuts of Prime American, Grass Fed Irish or French Charolais, all complemented with the finer touches of French elegance. Bringing together solid raw materials, a live cooking station and open wine cabinet will delight guests with their interactive offerings. The extensive menu features signature dishes such as chateaubriand for two, which is even carved at your table, rack of lamb and master Kobe full bread Australian Wagyu. 

HONG LOONG – Chinese Cuisine
Traditional Chinese ambience with a twist of contemporary elegance, Hong Loong is a gallery of art offering Chinese cuisine, authentic tea rituals and elegant Asian décor. Featuring an extensive selection of fare, such as a dedicated dim sum menu, crispy soft shell crab, roasted Peking duck and wok-fried black pepper beef fillet, guests can also try a selection of some of the spiciest Chinese dishes from the dedicated ‘Spicy' menu. Allow the tea sommelier to pair a tea with a dish in a traditional and inspiring ceremonial approach.
