UNICEF Charity Concert  In benefit of Children affected by Turkey Syria Earthquake

Under the patronage of his Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.

Emirates Youth Symphony Orchestra will hold a concert for UNICEF in support of children affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

The concert will take place on 19.06.2023 at 8:00 PM at the Theatre of the Mall of the Emirates.

The program will feature a mix of Arabic and classical music, including a poem by well-known Emirati poet Dr. Talal Al Junaibi, sung by singer Somar Al Najjar, the concert will culminate with a piece from the Emirati musical heritage composed by the conductor Riad Kudsi, symbolizing the UAE’s noble efforts in providing humanitarian assistance to the affected country.

Prior to the concert, there will be an exhibition titled “Earthquake through the Eyes of Children and Youth” showcasing the artwork of young artists under supervision of Khaled Jalal.

As a Youth orchestra representing the national cultural community of the UAE, we deeply value the guidance of our wise leaders, who actively support humanitarian endeavors worldwide and promote the values of tolerance and coexistence between the UAE society of all spectrums and nationalities and the countries of the world.
 

We look forward to actively contributing to support the efforts aimed at raising the status of our beloved country, the United Arab Emirates.
