Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 8.7 billion in total during the week ending 18 November 2022. The sum of transactions was 3,011.
230 plots were sold for AED 1.7 billion, 2,233 apartments and villas were sold for AED 5.04 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 130 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 68 million in Palm Jumeirah, and a land sold for AED 130 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 68 sales transactions worth AED 194.43 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 43 sales transactions worth AED 147.72 million, and Nad Al Shiba First with 21 sales transactions worth AED 153 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a villa was sold for AED 145 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 81 million in Palm Jumeirah, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 62 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 1.39 billion, with the highest being in Al Mezhar Second, mortgaged for AED 200 million.
87 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 714 million.
