Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The real estate and properties transactions valued at 5.6 billion AED in total during the week ending 30 December 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,392.
98 plots were sold for AED 685.36 million, 994 apartments and villas were sold for AED 1.93 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Island 2 sold for AED 80 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 79.5 million in Jabal Ali First, and a land sold for AED 80 million in Island 2 in third place.
Nad Al Shiba Third recorded the most transactions for this week by 22 sales transactions worth AED 60.55 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with 20 sales transactions worth AED 94.43 million, and Jabal Ali First with 9 sales transactions worth AED 103 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 310 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 143 million in Business Bay, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 129 million in Burj Khalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.69 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Safouh Second, mortgaged for AED 527 million.
60 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 301 million.
