Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, joined the whole nation in its observation of UAE Flag Day today (Thursday, November 2, 2017) with a special flag hoisting across all of Empower’ s 69  District Cooling Plants, offices and warehouse in the presence of senior officials, top executives and employees.

Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO, Empower, said “Empower joins the whole nation in reaffirming its commitment and loyalty to the UAE. Today is a moment of pride and joy for all of us in the UAE--Nationals and residents alike--as we raise our flag as a gesture of appreciation to the country. It is also a fitting opportunity for us to extend our gratitude to His Highness (H.H.) Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for their guidance and leadership, which has reinforced the UAE's leading position as a highly advanced, innovative and sustainable country.”
