Introducing Sufra Sunny Saturdays

A new late and leisurely breakfast concept for the whole family launches by the Creek

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – August 29, 2015 – Starting 12 September, Sufra at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights introduces a new late breakfast concept every Saturday. Taking place from 12 noon to 4:00pm weekly, the idea of Sunny Saturdays is to present a perfect leisurely afternoon for guests to enjoy breakfast beyond the traditional morning hours. Whether healthy, hearty fare or continental classics, we promise a Saturday packed with the pleasure
of relaxed dining.

No alarm or rush is necessary as the tantalizing aromas of coffees and quintessential breakfast fare will be served amidst a casual vibe and in chic surrounds. Bright and contemporary interiors overlook the neighbouring Dubai Creek Park through huge floor to ceiling windows giving the impression of an inside/outside feel and the ambience of an urban garden.

To start, guests arriving will be welcomed with a signature bread basket, fruit salad and healthy yoghurts. Following which they are welcome to make their way around the Cold Buffet featuring international cheeses, assorted cold cuts and composed salads and our live stations:

• Grill – selection of succulent meats grilled a la minute
• Carving – whole roasted meat with accompaniments
• Eggs and Hash – eggs cooked any style alongside traditional Eggs Benedict, Steak and Hash
• Shawarma
• Crepes and Waffles
• Hot Buffet – focusing on Western, Arabic and Indian breakfast favourites
• Ice-cream and desserts – including home-made gelatos
• Beverages – with a signature Bloody Mary concoction, Mimosas, Gin Fizz, Strawberry Bellini, Sparkling Wine and other anti-oxidant and detox drinks

Our chefs will be also be personally passing around small bites of dishes such as Breakfast Burritos, Sliders and mini Pancakes.

Kids are more than welcome with a separate buffet set up just for them as well as an Activities’ Corner with games and entertainment while the adults can relax and recharge, preparing for the week ahead.
