~One of the firsts in the UAE, the Burger was created a year ago~ Dubai, May 2015: Burger Hood had created ‘Zero Fat Burger’ a year ago to offer a healthier option to its discerning consumers. The Zero Fat Burgers have lean patties made from grass- fed beef, thereby containing less than 1% fat by weight, compared with 25-30% fat in regular beef. Mr. Mutasem Shajrawi, Manager, Burger Hood excitedly said, “Burger Hood has always been innovative with its menu, ingredients and service. We introduced Zero Fat Burger, one of our jewels, keeping in mind the discerning consumers. We are proud of the fact that the patrons have accepted our offerings and we will keep up the momentum with food innovations.” Overall Burger Hood offers healthier burgers, where fat content is less than 15%. This fat content is less than the usual percentage of fat in the normal beef burger which can go up to 25-30%. The burger patties at Burger Hood are made juicy enough to sustain the perfect taste along with being healthy.
