If you are a curry lover, now is the time to visit The Ajman Palace Hotel that has just launched a Curry Promotion at Dragon’s Place, the hotel's signature Asian restaurant. Available on the menu are a variety of exquisite curries from various parts of Asia. The menu includes Seafood Curry from the Philippines -- yellow seafood style with coconut milk and ginger (AED 65), Chicken Cariga Curry from Vietnam -- Chicken drumstick slow cooked with curry and vegetables (AED40), Beef Randang Curry from Indonesia -- slow cooked beef tender with star anise, cinnamon, lemon grass and potato (AED50), Beef Massaman Curry from Thailand -- Thai beef curry of south with peanut and fried onion (AED80) and Tori Katsu Kare from Japan -- deep fried chicken tight with bread crumb and Japanese curry (AED50). Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, said 'Curry is perhaps the most popular dish in Asian cuisines.
