PHOENIX, June 29, 2026 – Honeywell Aerospace Inc. “Honeywell Aerospace”, Nasdaq: HONA), a leading global tier-1 aerospace and defense supplier of mission critical systems and technologies, today celebrates its first day as an independent, publicly traded company following the completion of its spin-off from Honeywell International Inc. (“Honeywell Technologies”, Nasdaq: HON). Shares of Honeywell Aerospace will begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market effective at the market opening. Each Honeywell Technologies shareholder of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2026, is receiving one share of Honeywell Aerospace common stock for every two shares of Honeywell Technologies common stock owned. Shareholders will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares of Honeywell Aerospace common stock.
