Al Qutami: The world is going through a difficult crisis that requires consolidated and collaborative efforts. Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 23, 2020: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has honoured philanthropists who have contributed to promote integrated healthcare and disease prevention to tackle COVID-19. Al Qutami received the philanthropists at the DHA headquarters today. The list of businesspersons and prominent personalities who contributed towards this cause Included Buti Obaid Al Mulla, Chairman of Al Mulla Group, Abdullah Abdul Karim Al Arif, Chairman of Al Arif Investment Group, and Hamouda Ghanem bin Hamouda from Hamouda Bin Hamouda Group. They expressed their support to DHA in the fight against COVID-19 and expressed their solidarity during this global pandemic. They highlighted that this is a time to come together, to collaborate and to provide all the needed support to overcome this challenge. HE Humaid Al Qutami, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority expressed his deepest appreciation to the philanthropists for their contribution towards the protection of health and safety of the community. He emphasized that the value of philanthropy is deep rooted in the UAE society and reflects the values laid out by late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may God have mercy upon him), the founding father of the United Arab Emirates. His Excellency pointed out that the Authority continues to receive contributions from businesspersons and community figures and that the DHA highly appreciates the contribution of society towards the protection of health and safety of the community.
