Dubai Customs participates in “Saving Digital Customs in the Arab World” Conference in Amman

Dubai, UAE, January 05, 2019: Dubai Customs participated in “Saving Digital Customs in the Arab World” Conference in the Jordanian capital Amman, which aimed to spread successful practices in customs field.

Hussam Juma, Director of Service Innovation Department delivered a presentation on the enterprise architecture which is a practical solution that puts components of an organization together. It helps in faster and more accurate decisions, with more room for change and adaptation, whilst saving time and efforts.

Enterprise Architecture is a Dubai Customs initiative, which they launched to enhance both regional and international competitiveness and develop corporate efficiency. The initiative won six international awards.

Juma pointed out that enterprise architecture helps achieve strategic objectives, develops operations and boosts performance.

A number of experts and executive directors in the fields of trade, investments and customs from the Arab world took part in the conference.
