Dubai, UAE, October 23, 2016: The COÉGA Sunwear Mina Mile open water swim series returns on Saturday 19 November at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, with an exciting line-up of swim races open to adults, juniors and swim teams across the UAE. The event, which is organised by Super Sports Events and sanctioned by the Dubai Sports Council and UAE Swimming Federation, attracts over 200 swimmers and has a number of different race categories for various swim abilities including 200m, 400m, 800m distances as well as the one mile (1.6km) course.
Along-side the action in the water, COÉGA Sunwear will be bringing entertainment to the sand with a funky photo wall on the beach where participants and spectators are encouraged to share their fun using the hashtag #lovethesun. The COÉGA Sunwear Mina Mile forms part of the GO SPORT Series which consists of 13 different races throughout the 2016/17 season. Registration on the day of the event begins at 7am, with a prize-giving ceremony at 11:15am, while online entries and payments can be completed on the Super Sports website (www.supersportsdubai.com) prior to the event until Tuesday 15th November at 8pm.
