September 19, 2016: NEW YORK, NY – Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) opens its first Polo Ralph Lauren flagship in London, bringing the exciting and unique World of Polo to Regent Street. The historic and prominent location at the corner of New Burlington Street has been chosen to represent the modern intersection of the iconic Polo heritage with its signature immersive shopping experience. It will be the brand’s first Polo Ralph Lauren flagship store in Europe and feature the full breadth of product for women, men and children. “The English way of life has always inspired me. Their style has an ease that blends the most modern innovation with an innate appreciation for tradition. London is the perfect city to showcase to Europe the energetic personality of Polo and the fine details of its craftsmanship," said Ralph Lauren. The 17,561 square-foot Regent Street store spans three floors, each with several specializations that demonstrate their interpretation of the refinement and ease that are hallmark to Polo. The lower floor gives a home to The Polo Custom Shop, Polo Ralph Lauren’s innovative Create Your Own customization initiative, which encourages consumers to put their personal stamp on both iconic and fashion-forward Polo products. Casual menswear sits on the same floor. The ground floor is home to haberdashery and other tailored menswear, set in an exclusive club-like atmosphere. Upstairs is the ultimate offering of Polo womenswear, with fashion apparel and accessories, and a bold introduction to Polo Sport, launching its first comprehensive women’s line this fall. Childrenswear also is featured on the upper level of the store. The cool and chic lifestyle that embodies the Polo brand surrounds shoppers at this new Regent Street store, with interesting architecture, building details, vintage treasures and beautiful books punctuating each space.
