Lipsy launches its ultra-glamorous AW16 Collection across the Middle East

Forget-Me-Not, Lipsy’s first daywear collection being unveiled for Autumn-Winter, is inspired by the Pre-Fall catwalks which still feature hints of SS16.

Including key detailing like cold shoulders, delicate geo lace, intricate floral prints and soft romantic silhouettes, the Forget-Me-Not collection also features whimsical, floaty silhouettes and a softer, lighter palette. Hues include white, nude and black which remain bestselling colours while pale grey and highlights of cornflower blue add refreshing hue detailing to the colour range. Floral prints are key for the AW16 season, with illustrative and ditsy florals adding an essential boho feel to the line. The Sienna daywear collection follows on from the Forget-Me-Not line and will add a distinctly feminine feel to the winter boho trend with obvious seventies influences. Paisley inspired and floral ditsy prints will incorporate some of the top catwalk print trends, helping to enhance the seventies feel of the collection ensuring a beautifully feminine feel throughout. With the ultimate street-style-cool feel, this trend combines oriental florals with soft, folk-inspired florals, while incorporating intricate embroidery with trailing placements and delicate detailing to create a line that feels boho-chic. The Duty Calls line completes Lipsy’s AW16 Daywear collection and features an autumnal palette of bestselling black and white while deep red, forest green and one of the season’s key prints, leopard print helps to add a deep richness to the line. As we move deeper into the AW16 season, the Monophonic line will add a darker, more autumnal feel to Chantilly’s fresh, lighter palette with whites, cobalts, cranberry, navy and black the key colours of this collection.
