Sharjah, November 11, 2022: The 41st Sharjah International Book Fair is offering powerful ways of engaging children in learning with a fun and educational radio podcast workshop, where young participants get the opportunity to script, film and present their own show! At the podcast workshop, organised and conducted by Hassan Al Moussawi, kids are learning the essentials of scripting and creating their own podcast under a structured teaching module. Working in teams, the workshop participants take on the roles of either the host or the guest of the show. Children are equipped with knowledge and confidence in handling new gadgets as they learn how to record the sessions using a microphone and a camera light for the video. 'This workshop is perfect for children keen on learning the latest and popular communication formats such as podcasts, which are so common today. It helps them prepare for future careers, unleash their creativity and become confident at speaking or presentation,' said Al Moussawi.
