H.E. Wesam Lootah, CEO of Smart Dubai Government Establishment, praises the directive of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to build the largest knowledge facility in the Arab World. 

H.E. Lootah said: “The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation will be a knowledge platform and an incubator for intellectuals, writers and scientists from all fields of learning. The largest of its kind in the Arab world, the library is mainly aimed at enhancing human life through knowledge, education and learning. It fulfills H.H. Sheikh Mohammed’s keen vision of making the UAE among the world’s best countries by enabling learners and readers to take advantage of science and knowledge. This will also contribute in achieving the ultimate goal of making the UAE people the happiest and have the most powerful effect on humanity.” 

“One of the most important features of a smart city is its ability to provide an environment that supports innovation and is based on science and knowledge. The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation will become the beacon of knowledge that will promote culture in the world, starting from the pearl of the world Dubai to be the culmination of a large number of cultural and knowledge-based initiatives launched in the UAE.' H.E. Lootah concluded.
