Inspired by Asian street food markets, the hugely popular homegrown brand promises authentic Asian cuisine and the new noodle menu is no different. With six different types of noodles on the menu, from Ramen to Udon, even the most discerning of noodle lovers will be in for a treat. Indonesian Executive Chef Taufik Sutisna has taken inspiration from South-East Asia to create six delectable dishes, taking an aromatic blend of flavours and spices from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and China. The new menu includes: Char Siu Beef Noodles – 50 AED Grilled beef tenderloin marinated in Char Siu Sauce with ban mien noodled, kailan and beef stock Seafood Char Kway Teow – 50 AED Wok fried flat rice noodles with freshly cooked seafood Black Pepper Udon – 50 AED Wok fried Japanese Udon noodles with black pepper sauce, tofu fish cake, fish balls, capsicums, bean sprouts and spring onion Vegetable Ramen Soup – 40 AED Ramen noodles with a garden patch of fresh vegetables (corn, tomato, mushroom, broccoli, pak choi, bean sprouts and soy beans) Prawn Kimchee with Buckwheat Noodles – 55 AED Prawn Kimchee with buckwheat noodles and kimchee cabbage Hainan Chicken with Rice Vermicelli Noodle – 50 AED Poached chicken Hainan style with rice vermicelli noodles, ginger and garlic paste The limited edition noodle menu will be available for dine in, home delivery and take away at all of The Noodle House locations across the UAE for a limited time!
