Seafood lovers in town have got a reason to rejoice as the Park Regis Kris Kin, Dubai, hosts Seafood Night every Wednesday at Kris with a View restaurant that offers breath-taking uninterrupted panoramic views of Dubai with an irresistible choice of Pan-Asian specialties.

As the weekly seafood extravaganza moves from Le Metro restaurant to Kris with a View, it provides an opportunity to discover some of the region’s greatest culinary traditions, including Thailand, China, Malaysia, Japan, India and Arabia. The promotion entices diners to savour fresh seafood selection cooked to their liking. The fine selection includes a wide variety ranging from calamari, prawns, lobsters, oysters, crab, shellfish, to salmon, sea bass and many other fresh fish.

Mr. Scott Butcher, General Manager of the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel, Dubai said, Seafood Night at Le Metro was a hit with diners and expressed confidence that they would return to savour sumptuous seafood prepared in authentic Asian style, he said.

“Our talented chefs are ready to cook in a range of Asian styles to appeal to both local as well as international tastes. Classic seafood preparations that will definitely be a hit include Stir-fried Thai Black Pepper Prawns, Singaporean Chili Crab and Chinese Seabass XO. The Kris Kin Style which is a signature preparation will go very well with most of the seafood selection. I can assure an excellent meal that will exceed your expectations once again when you dine at Kris with a View,” he added.

With price starting from AED130 per person accompanied with oriental soup, salad bar and Asian sweet buffet, is available every Wednesday from 7pm to 11pm starting from 18th March 2015.
