As the weekly seafood extravaganza moves from Le Metro restaurant to Kris with a View, it provides an opportunity to discover some of the region’s greatest culinary traditions, including Thailand, China, Malaysia, Japan, India and Arabia. The fine selection includes a wide variety ranging from calamari, prawns, lobsters, oysters, crab, shellfish, to salmon, sea bass and many other fresh fish.
