“We, at Indian Property Show, feel that it is never too early to inculcate the habit of investment among children. In this regard, the ‘Draw Your Dream Home’ contest could be the first step for kids to understand the need of owning a house. At another level, competitions are a great way to highlight the creative streaks among the contestants; who knows, we may find budding architects among them. We foresee a stiff competition with three prizes in each age group which comprise 100gms gold bar for the winner and 50gms and 20gms gold bars for the two runners up. For flexibility, we have kept two slots of three hours each every day for the contest.”

The bi-annual event showcases a choicest variety of Indian real-estate from across India including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore and Kochi, among others. The Property Show also offers free seminars on related topics, such as Taxation, Vaastu and Know your city, conducted by reputed legal advisors and consultants.
