The tantalising new menu will offer dining aficionados mouthwatering cuts of meat married with the freshest seasonal produce, providing a truly unmatched experience.

“I like to create dishes using a regional Mediterranean flair, inspired by my Maltese upbringing, and my dish development focus is to bring harmonious flavours together using the best modern and traditional cooking techniques to deliver a gastronomic journey for our dinners,” said Kreaton Cutajar, Chef de Cuisine at 55&5th, The Grill.

Guests will be able to savour delectable signature starters such as as crudo di wagyu (wagyu striploin, parmesan and marinated sardine paste, savora mustard mayo, picked brown shimiji and crostini), capeletti (fontina cheese, truffle butter sauce, chestnut puree and castelmagno) and feast on Australian black onyx tenderloin or 48hour braised angus short ribs for mains, among other mouthwatering dishes.

“At 55&5th we like to showcase the best seasonal produce available in the UAE market, and we have the highest regard for sourcing the freshest produce to create our menus,” added Cutajar.

55&5th is open for dinner from 6:30pm - 11:00pm every day, and the new menu is available from 22 October.
