PI.DUBAI adds more gourmet dishes to the menu

Dubai’s own gourmet concept inspired by New York and Italy continues to innovate with contemporary soul food served in The Dubai Mall

Dubai, UAE – October 26, 2015: PI.DUBAI, the gourmet pizzeria serving contemporary Italian soul food and Neapolitan-inspired pizza, has added sumptuous new dishes to the menu. With the ever evolving tastes of discerning palettes visiting The Dubai Mall, the culinary team at PI.DUBAI continues to innovate by designing new dishes for foodies to enjoy. Award-winning Chef Joseph Truex has been busy in the kitchen making pastas from scratch, which have now been added to the menu.

The menu is comprised of gourmet pizza and plates using fresh, organic seasonal vegetables, wild harvested seafood, and humanely raised antibiotic-free and hormone-free meats. The co-founders take pride that all ingredients are fresh with no procurement of frozen foods.

Using artisanal methods combined with Chef Joe’s 27 years of international culinary experience the new dishes on the menu include:

WAGYU BEEF STEAK SALAD
Baby spinach, parmigiano-reggiano, marinated cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze

FRESH HERB FETTUCCINE
Seared salmon, butter poached shrimp and tomato crab ragu

RIGATONI
Eggplant, heirloom tomato, basil, chili and ricotta salata

SPAGHETTINI
Rosemary breaded chicken parmigiana, tomato gravy, with three cheese blend

WAGYU MEATBALL LASAGNA
Mozzarella di bufala, roasted tomato and seared wagyu beef scaloppini

BRICK OVEN LEMON CHICKEN
Served with zaatar roasted Ratte potatoes

Located on the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall, PI.DUBAI offers a casual-upscale dining experience for diners to experience signature Neapolitan-inspired pizzas and original items on the menu. Pizza lovers can also enjoy an array of signature pizzas including Pesto PI, Tuna PI and Potato PI made with flour that comes from a 15th century mill in Italy. The dough is handmade and proofed for two to three days before it is ready for consumption.

PI.DUBAI is open daily, following The Dubai Mall operating hours, from 10am to 1am.
