Uterque hosts an exclusive boutique opening event in Dubai Mall to unveil its new identity

Prominent fashion brand Uterque, recently reopened the doors to its boutique at Dubai’s popular shopping destination, The Dubai Mall. Held on the 13th of October, the event showcased the store’s new identity. The boutique opening was attended by select media from the country and VIP guests of Uterque and was also graced by one of the most renowned bloggers and fashion icons in Dubai, Nadya Hasan from The Fierce Diaries.

The purpose of the event was chiefly to announce the opening of the Uterque store with its new concept. Designed as a boutique, where space and light invite visitors to explore the collection, the avant-garde lighting adds class and quality, and reduces energy consumption compared with the previous store concept. The interior spaces of the store are defined by Italian marble flooring, creating semi-independent areas each housing a different collection. The furniture is made from high-quality materials that and doesn’t steal the limelight but rather brings a touch of nobility to enhance the impact generated by the diverse seasonal collections.

Lined and lacquered metals with a blue finish provide a great backdrop; these materials are also used for the display structures for each collection. Resin display cases with surrounding glass showcase the accessories and bring functionality to a new store concept designed with customer comfort and more personalized service in mind. Increased focus has been placed on the footwear section that now enjoys a new setting that enhances the attractiveness of the collection, adding quality and comfort. The walls and ceilings create open spaces that aim for a contemporary ambience full of light and carved wooden moldings.

At the event, guests enjoyed refreshments in the form of pass around canapés and more as they enjoyed relaxing violin music in the background. As guests discovered the brand’s glorious FW15 collection, they were also introduced to the new store concept.

All in all, the event was a great blend of fashion and style and restated the reason why Uterque is a much-loved brand!
