UAE, January 26, 2015 - Alpha Data, the UAE’s leading systems integrator and one of the longest-standing IT companies in the country, has announced the launch of its sister company, Alpha Data Recruitment. The newly-established organization will focus on delivering specialized Outsourcing and Recruitment services and leverage its strengths and experience in key industries such as IT and Oil and Gas.
Alpha Data Recruitment will be guided by its founding principle of ‘bringing out the best in everyone we work with.’ It will nurture the career growth of all the employees -a fresh approach to the outsourcing field where many companies do not provide sufficient care to workers.
The new company has ready-to-deploy resources and adds value for customers by allowing them to quickly and flexibly expand and reduce their workforce to best fit their needs. It currently manages more than 130 individuals who are posted to various private, multinational and government organizations within the UAE, with plans to increase the number to 1,000 by the end of 2017.
