Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 7, 2015: The Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), His Excellency Engineer Essa Al Maidoor, held today a meeting with high-level DHA officials, to discuss the roadmap for 2015. The meeting was attended by 25 top officials including CEO’s and Directors of the Dubai Health Authority and the Director-General was provided with a progress update on all existing projects and plans of the DHA. The leaders also provided a time-line for each project and highlighted in particular the roadmap for 2015. Al Maidoor said: “ 2015 is the year for results. Our aim this year should be to work together as one team and move ahead quickly in line with the Dubai Health Strategy 2013-2025. We need to further enhance communication between all sectors of the DHA, work closely together to achieve our goals.” He reiterated the importance of team-work and also asked all the leaders to take proactive decisions so that they can achieve their goals. As per the strategic plan, Dubai will build several new hospitals and 40 new primary health centres by 2025.
