United Arab Emirates; September 2014 – at the Hotel Show 2014, CONTREJOUR will introduce the industrial “Savoir-Faire” of the Made in France label for roller blinds, vertical blinds, roman blinds and panel tracks. CONTREJOUR will be on the French Pavilion at the Hotel Show 2014 in Dubai (Trade centre Hall 4). Contrejour manufactures interior blinds for over 30 years. The company assembles with great precision, like watchmakers at work, the most beautiful made to measure interior blinds, using high-quality mechanisms, fabrics and accessories. Contrejour successfully carried out several projects of luxury Hotels: La Mamounia, Le Royal Monceau and the Pullman Tour Eiffel. The company aims to export its know-how and to significantly increase its market share in luxury hotel sector. The company will showcase the following products at the Hotel Show 2014: • Abaco – vertical blinds: concept of fully customized vertical blinds, printing own pictures is possible to obtain a unique created vertical blind. • Venetian leather blinds: the values are comfort, class and refinement; these blinds can even be motorized. • Pack design - Contrejour roller blinds: Robust and fashionable, the high-tech operating mechanisms with pulley, brackets and chains in three different metal finishes (brushed steel, chromed steel and bronze). Contrejour implemented within a year a powerful export capability relatively high with agents in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Russia. Other agents are being recruited in the UK and the Middle East. The goal is to achieve in the next two years nearly 15% of the international turnover. According to David Blondiaux, CEO of CONTREJOUR, “the potential of Middle Eastern countries in this area represents significant growth opportunities; we henceforth want to expand our presence in the Middle East through establishing a network of distributors and partners”. Innovation is the cornerstone of CONTREJOUR success: Beside its know-how in providing high-end interior made to measure blinds, Contrejour integrated last year an R&D department. Currently, several patents are being prepared as a reward of breakthrough innovations.
