From the comfort of home, Samsung customers now have access to a state-of-the-art digital support platform for SMART TVs, phones and tablets- a first of its kind the region. With any internet enabled device users can request technical agents to remotely ‘log-in’ and assist with advanced troubleshooting, tune-up or optimization for peak performance and seamless user experience. . When in need of repairs, specialized engineers have been made available seven days a week and during public holidays for home visits. Owners of Samsung smart phones and other mobile devices are invited to experience a new face-to-face repair concept whereby device owners can directly interact with technicians to gain practical advice on maintenance and performance enhancements while watching their unit being repaid.
